My work with corporations and organizations often centers on their desire to be a high-performing team. As a former college coach and educator I am able to lean on my knowledge of what creates and sustains a high-performing team. This knowledge is valuable for teams in all industries. My belief is the team development is critical but in doing this work, we often notice how leadership development, conflict resolution, organizational culture, and personal growth impact the success of the team and needs to be addressed.
