Work-Life with Adam Grant: This is a go-to when I am out for a walk! I love the variety of workplace topics that Adam covers.
Where Should We Begin with Esther Perel: A fascinating podcast filled with live therapy sessions hosted by Esther Perel. Her real-time wisdom is impressive.
The Problem With Jon Stewart: Jon does a great job of inviting us into some hard conversations. He doesn't shy away from difficult topics – and for that – I am grateful!
Self Care: These are some of my go-to's!
The Joint Chiropractic: I have been a fan of Chiropractic care for a long time, and I often need an adjustment when I am traveling. I am grateful that The Joint Chiropractic offers a nationwide membership that allows me to get an adjustment in nearly any city I visit.
Ashwagandha & 5-HTP: Sleep has never been easy for me since I am one of those people who needs to replay every event of the day. A few years ago, my Dr. suggested I take Ashwagandha and 5-HTP before bed, and it has been a game changer for me! As always, don't take medical advice from someone like me; consult your Dr. first :)
Les Mills: When I am not traveling or when the weather is bad, the Les Mills app is my go-to app for staying active. I love the variety of workout options!
Insight Timer: This is the app I use for meditation.
Tech Stuff: Here are a few things I don't regret investing in!
Brand You Funnels: This is the all-in-one platform I use for my business! I've been a customer for about a year and a half, and it has totally transformed my business!
Canva: Do you want to increase the quality of your graphic design work? Then Canva.com is for you! While I now use the paid version, the free version is VERY good!
Trello: This is what I use for project management and organization of my daily tasks. I use the free version.
TripIt: If you travel a lot and aren't organizing all the details in one place, you are missing out! Have you ever landed in a city and realized you don't remember if you reserved a car or hotel? I have, and TripIt solved that issue for me!

Magnesium Oil Spray: My massage therapist suggested I use this for tight or tense muscles and it's been a game-changer!
