The Reunion

A gathering for college coaches who want more than Xs and Os.

June 11–12, 2026 | Belmont University | Nashville, TN

This isn’t another convention.

If you’ve ever walked into a coaching conference and felt like you were just another face in the crowd… if you’ve ever sat through a big-name speaker only to leave unchanged… if you’ve ever wondered when someone would finally create space for the whole coach—then The Reunion is what you’ve been waiting for.

This will be an intimate group of coaches who are looking for something different! One unique factor is that we will not be bringing in outside speakers. Everyone who speaks, leads a breakout room, or facilitates a discussion will also be a participant. We mean it when we say we want to leverage the wisdom in the room!

The Reunion was designed with you in mind. Not the coach who just wants another drill. But the coach who wants to experience a reunion—with yourself, with your peers, and with the profession you love.

Why a Reunion?

Because somewhere along the way, so many coaches lose touch.

  • We lose touch with ourselves—our values, our voice, our joy.

  • We lose touch with each other—caught in the grind, missing the chance to share wisdom and connect with those who understand.

  • We lose touch with the profession—forgetting why we said yes in the first place.

This two-day experience is a chance to come home. To step away from the noise and step into conversations that matter. To learn, grow, and leave reminded that you are not alone in this work.

What You’ll Experience:

The Reunion is not a lecture circuit. It’s a gathering. A place where you don’t just sit and listen—you engage, reflect, and share.

  • A Reunion with Yourself: Time and space to reconnect with who you are beyond the scoreboard.

  • A Reunion with Your Peers: Real conversations with fellow coaches who know the pressures and joys of the job.

  • A Reunion with the Profession: A renewed vision for why this work matters and how to sustain it.

Together, we’ll learn in circles, not rows. We’ll create space for both teaching and storytelling. And we’ll leverage the wisdom already in the room—because the best insights often come from the people sitting right beside you.

Who Should Come:

The Reunion is for college coaches who:

  • Want something different!

  • Feel like they need more than the X’s and O’s to be successful!

  • Know they have something to share with other coaches.

  • Crave genuine connection with peers who understand the demands of the profession.

  • Believe leadership is about more than winning games—it’s about shaping lives.

  • Are ready to step into a different kind of professional development experience.
