The Reunion

A gathering for college coaches who want more than Xs and Os.

June 11–12, 2026 | Belmont University | Nashville, TN

The Reunion is not a conference.

It’s not a clinic or a convention.
And it’s not another place to prove your worth.

We attend a Reunion so we can return to something we once knew, something that once felt like home.

At The Reunion, you will be invited to:

Return to the people who understand the weight of this work.
Return to honest conversations about this profession.
Return to yourself, in a season when coaching has asked more of you than ever before.

The Reunion was designed for college coaches who need space to pause, to reflect, and to reconnect with yourself, your peers, and the profession you love.

Why You Should Attend:

  • Because you are carrying a lot, and you don’t have many places to set it down.

  • Because you love the profession, but you are feeling the weight of what it demands.

  • Because you miss conversations that go beyond strategy, stats, and schedules.

  • Because you want to reconnect with why you started coaching and not just manage what’s coming next.

The Reunion is intentionally making time for the human side of coaching.

What You’ll Leave With :

At The Reunion, you will:

  • Spend time with other college coaches who understand the realities of what the job demands.

  • Reflect on how coaching has shaped you, stretched you, and changed you.

  • Make sense of the season of life you are currently in and what it’s asking of you.

  • Reconnect with your values, your purpose, and your sense of direction.

  • Leave feeling grounded, clear, and more connected—to yourself and to others.

This is not about fixing everything. It’s about leaving more rooted than when you arrived.

Our Themes:

Session One: “You Belong Here”

Every reunion starts with people arriving.

Our first session is about slowing down, getting oriented, and creating a space where coaches can simply show up as themselves. You’ll build authentic relationships with other coaches who understand the challenges and joys of this work while learning from shared experiences.

We’ll name the realities of coaching today, establish shared language, and begin building trust within the group.

Before anything meaningful can happen, people need to feel like they belong.

Session Two: “Remembering Where You Came From”

Reunions have a way of bringing old stories back to the surface!

In this session, we’ll reflect on the experiences and moments that shaped you as a coach—why you started, what you believed, and what once energized you about this work. You’ll rediscover the deeper purpose behind coaching — not just to win games, but to shape people, teams, and culture.

This is not about nostalgia for the past. It’s about reconnecting with your purpose.

Remembering helps us reclaim meaning.

Session Three: “Who You’ve Become”

Coaching leaves a mark on you.

This session creates space to reflect on how the demands of the profession have shaped your leadership, your identity, and your relationships—both on and off the field.

Through reflection and dialogue, you’ll connect more intentionally with yourself — your values, your leadership style, and how those show up in your team. We’ll talk honestly about pressure, expectations, growth, and the cost of carrying it all.

This is where clarity begins to form.

Session Four: “What You’ll Carry Forward”

Every reunion ends by returning to your real life.

In this final session, we’ll focus on what you want to carry forward and what you’re ready to set down.

We will spend time intentionally thinking about the next steps while being grounded in clarity.

By aligning your “why” with your daily practice, you’ll leave re-energized, less burned out, and more grounded in purpose for the season ahead.

“We want to see you at The Reunion, where coaches stop competing with each other and start standing with
each other.”
