Building High-Performing Teams That Last
In my work with corporations and organizations, I focus on helping teams achieve and sustain high performance. Drawing from my background as a former college coach and educator, I bring a deep understanding of what makes a team thrive. This expertise is applicable across industries, as every team - regardless of field - benefits from intentional development.
I believe that while team development is at the core, effective leadership, conflict resolution, organizational culture, and personal growth are equally critical to a team’s success. In my experience, addressing these interconnected areas leads to lasting improvement and high performance.
A Tailored Approach to Teams & Leadership Development
Here’s how my work with corporations and organizations typically unfolds
[01]
Team Building, Leadership Development, and Conflict Resolution Workshops
Tailored to meet the unique needs of your teams, these workshops are designed to cultivate trust, strengthen leadership, and resolve conflicts constructively.
[02]
Small Group Meetings with Individual Teams
I facilitate focused conversations that encourage reflection and promote team cohesion, providing a space for growth and problem-solving.
[03]
One-on-One Coaching and Mentorship
I work with individual team members to support their personal and professional development, helping them grow into stronger leaders and collaborators.

Supporting High-Performing Individuals:
Many high-achieving professionals run on empty, so I focus on replenishing their energy and motivation, ensuring they remain at their best while avoiding burnout.
Meet Your Host
After a long career in Higher Education, Molly Grisham left that industry to start her own business. She now works as a Keynote Speaker and Experiential Facilitator. She helps groups with issues like team building, leadership development, and conflict resolution. With nearly two decades of experience as a College Soccer Coach and Communication Professor, Molly approaches her work as an educator. She meets people where they are and helps them move to where they want to be.
Molly holds degrees in Communication from Belmont University, the University of Illinois, and Missouri State University.
Molly is down-to-earth and compels her audience to participate in the learning process. She engages groups from the moment she steps in front of them and leaves them with tools and processes to use long after an event has ended.
When not facilitating, Molly can be found at her favorite used bookstore and at various international restaurants in St. Louis.
