Lead Boldly. Grow Deeply.

Join a Mastermind Built for You.

What if you didn’t have to lead alone?

What if there was a space designed just for you—a space where you can be honest about the challenges, stretch toward growth, and surround yourself with people who truly get it?

That’s what a Mastermind offers.
Not a lecture. Not a training.

Inside a Mastermind, you'll experience real conversations, honest feedback, and a circle of support that will sharpen and sustain you.

It’s a space for clarity, courage, and connection.

This is where you belong.

We all need support in our growth!

  • People often look to you for direction or inspiration.

  • You’re craving deeper conversations—not just advice, but real connection.

  • You’ve done the coaching conventions, but you want something more tangible and human.

  • You want to grow not just as a coach, but in who you are as a person.

  • You’re hungry for honest feedback, accountability, and encouragement.

  • You want to be around people who challenge you and cheer you on.

This is for you if…

A Recent Testimonial:

"This was an absolute game-changer for me. I have been challenged and have grown so much over the past few months, both as a person and a coach. I would highly recommend The Mastermind for College Coaches to any college coach who wants to continue to improve as a leader for their program!”

Lori Chalupny, Head Soccer Coach, Maryville University

Why Masterminds Work:

When people show up with openness, integrity, and a desire to grow, everything changes. You stop feeling isolated. You start taking brave action. You remember who you are and where you’re headed.

Here’s what you’ll find:

  1. A Critical Support System: You’ll no longer have to figure it out alone.

  2. Real-Time Feedback: Get insight when you need it most.

  3. Accountability That Inspires: Be challenged to move, not just plan.

  4. Fresh Perspective: Step outside your silo and expand your thinking.

  5. Deep Connection: Build relationships that go far beyond a Zoom screen.

  6. Affirmation of Your Value: Be reminded of what you bring to the table.

  7. The Joy of Contribution: Your wisdom will make a difference for others.

For College Coaches:

The Mastermind for College Coaches is open to any college coach! We will have two (potentially three) groups to pick from! This year, we will meet every three weeks, with a few dates shifted to avoid major holidays.

The Monday group will be co-hosted by Coach Allen, the head Women’s Soccer Coach at DePauw, and Coach Johnson, the head Women’s Hockey Coach at St. Olaf. Coach Allen and Coach Johnson both served as co-hosts last year. Molly will drop in on this group as her schedule permits.

The Tuesday group will be co-hosted by Molly Grisham, Coach Wheeler, the Head Women’s Wheelchair Basketball Coach at Illinois, and Coach Hisler, the Head Women’s Soccer Coach at Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte.

All of our co-hosts have participated in multiple Masterminds.

Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or a first-time head coach navigating tough dynamics—this is a space built for you!

The Relationships Are REAL!

This is not a “networking event.” This is a space where trust grows, where celebration is loud (confetti cannons included), and where people fly across the country just to reconnect. The relationships you form here won’t end when the sessions do.

When your paths cross in the real world, you will take pictures to capture the moments!

When you experience success, be prepared for your Mastermind to celebrate you–sometimes with confetti cannons!

Be warned, you may make friends that you will travel across the country to spend time with!

A Recent Testimonial:

"In The Mastermind for College Coaches, Molly created a space that allowed for each person to bring their full selves to the space – their strengths and their vulnerabilities – and ways they could help where help was needed. It's such a rare gift to be able to connect strangers virtually; Molly possesses that gift and never hesitates to share that with all who work with her."

Steph Wheeler, Women's Wheelchair Basketball Head Coach, University of Illinois

Meet Your Host:

After a long career in Higher Education, Molly Grisham left that industry to start her own business. She now works as a Keynote Speaker and Experiential Facilitator. She helps groups with issues like team building, leadership development, and conflict resolution. With nearly two decades of experience as a College Soccer Coach and Communication Professor, Molly approaches her work as an educator. She meets people where they are and helps them move to where they want to be.

Molly holds degrees in Communication from Belmont University, the University of Illinois, and Missouri State University.

Molly is down-to-earth and compels her audience to participate in the learning process. She engages groups from the moment she steps in front of them and leaves them with tools and processes to use long after an event has ended.

When not facilitating, Molly can be found at her favorite used bookstore and at various international restaurants in St. Louis.

Don’t say I didn’t warn you–the relationships are so real that I might just end up at your wedding!

Cheers, friends.
