The Leadership and Management in Action Program (LMAP) is designed to equip bioscience graduate students and postdocs with the essential interpersonal and psychological skills needed to lead teams and manage people in a scientific research environment. Whether you're stepping into a leadership role for the first time or looking to enhance your influence in a position with little formal authority, this program provides the tools you need to navigate complex dynamics and thrive.
