K-12 Leadership Was Never Meant To Be A Solo Journey

You don't need another course. You need people.

People who will challenge you.

People who will encourage you.

People who will help you see what you cannot see on your own.

If you're ready for that kind of growth, I'd love to invite you to apply.

Imagine One Year From Now...

  • Imagine walking into difficult conversations with greater confidence.

  • Imagine having trusted colleagues who understand the unique challenges of leading a school.

  • Imagine making decisions without carrying every burden alone.

  • Imagine responding with greater clarity instead of reacting under pressure.

  • Imagine ending the school year knowing you became the leader you hoped you could be.

  • That is what this cohort is designed to cultivate.

A space where leaders can find community

Most school leaders spend their days supporting everyone else. They make decisions, solve problems, navigate conflict, encourage people, carry pressure, and keep moving. But many leaders do not have a trusted place where they can say, “Here is what I am carrying. Here is where I feel stuck. Here is where I need perspective.”

That is what this cohort is designed to provide.

This is a facilitated community where leaders bring real situations, receive honest feedback, challenge one another's thinking, find accountability, and discover the support that comes from learning alongside people who understand the work.

What You’ll Experience:

This isn’t just a call you join, it’s a community where you belong.

A Trusted Circle: A carefully curated group of thoughtful school leaders committed to one another's growth.

Space To Think Out Loud: Six facilitated conversations centered around real leadership situations—not hypothetical ones.

Support Between Sessions: A private WhatsApp community where you can continue the conversation, ask questions, and encourage one another.

A Skilled Facilitator: Direct access to Molly for guidance, perspective, and support throughout the cohort.

A Leadership Framework: The Meet the Moment framework to help you lead with greater clarity, courage, and intention.

Why this Cohort is different

Many cohorts are online courses disguised as a community. This cohort is professionally facilitated, and each session is intentionally designed to help participants think more deeply, ask better questions, navigate challenges, and move toward meaningful action. My role is not to provide all the answers. My role is to help participants learn and grow together.

The 2026 Dates and Times

We will meet on Zoom from 1:00-2:15pm CST on Tuesday, October 13, 20 & 27, as well as November 3, 10 & 17. We will also have a private WhatsApp Group to connect between calls.

The Application Process

Why Do I need to Apply?

The quality of any group depends on the people in the group. Applications allow me to thoughtfully curate each group so members are surrounded by people who will challenge, support, and encourage their growth. This isn't about exclusivity, it's about creating the best possible experience for every participant.

The Fee for the cohort is $799.
Early bird special: $599 until September 25.
